Logging onto: HIPAA Training: Privacy, Privacy and Research Fundamentals, Security Fundamentals

The following steps outline the process for signing onto and completing your assigned HIPAA training, please use Internet Explorer and enable java to minimize chance of unusual results:

1. Access the training website by clicking on the link:

https://blackboard.louisville.edu/webapps/login/

2. Password Note:  Your password is your standard UofL password!

3. You must successfully complete all the assigned lessons before you will be given credit for completing the course. A lesson is only successfully completed if you receive an 80% or better on the post-lesson test.  All courses have four lessons. 

4. Upon completing the required reading material and corresponding tests:

• Print copies of your final test results for each course for your personal records.
